Pet Fountain Setup
1. Remove the filter housing top
(

).
2. Remove the filter housing
bottom by lifting up (
B
). The
pump and foam filter will be
attached underneath.
3. Remove the foam filter and
set it to the side (

).
4. Detach the pump from the filter
housing bottom and pull the
cord up through the hole on the
back of the bowl (

).
5. Take the pump apart by
first removing the faceplate
(

). You may need to use a
fingernail to pry it off.
6. Remove the stator by pulling
up on the small lip (

).
Note:
The adjustable flow control
knob is located on the stator.
7. Use a fingernail to pull out the
impeller, which is held in place
magnetically (

).
8. Rinse all fountain components
(except for the adaptor).
9. Reassemble all fountain
parts except for the filter
housing top. Reference the
black arrows for proper
reassembly.
10. Rinse the carbon filter, and
insert it into the filter housing
bottom (
H
).
11. Attach the filter housing top.
12. Pick up the fountain by the
bowl and place it in a desired
location. Pour water into
the bowl.
13. Make sure the electrical power
cord, the adaptor and your
hands are completely dry.
Connect the in-line plug and
make sure no silver is showing.
Then plug the adaptor into a
standard electrical wall outlet.
Note: Never let the water level fall
below 1 inch from the base of the
bowl or your pump might fail.
