ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION 

 

Step 1:   

Attach

 the 

Front Stabilizer

 (2) and the 

Rear 

Stabilizer

 (3) onto the 

Main Frame

 (1), 

secure with the 

Carriage Bolts

 (7), 

Arc 

Washer

 (8) and 

Acorn Nuts

 (9) which are 

pre-attached to the stabilizers, then tighten 
the nuts. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2:   

I

nsert the 

Handlebar Post

 (4) into the 

Main 

Frame

 (1), secure in place with the Hexagon 

Socket Pan Head Bolt (17) and 

Arc Washers

 (18) 

which are pre-attached to the Main Frame.   

Note: Ensure

 that ALL bolts and washers are in 

place and partially threaded in before 
completely tightening any ONE bolt
