Count Error Inverter
- The Inverter error code logs 3 types of malfunctions that happen within the
Inverter. Each row of numbers symbolizes how many malfunctions have occurred and whether they
are serious.
• First Line: I
nverter Errors / Inverter Critical Errors
Inverter Errors (Left): This digit identifies the number of times the inverter resets due to an error. The
inverter will try to reset up to 10 times before generating a critical error.
Inverter Critical Errors (Right): The digit on the right indicates the amount of critical errors registered
after the inverter tries to reset but continues to have a problem.
• Second Line: Time Out Error / Stop Frame Error
Timeout Error (Left): A communication error that occurs when the Main Control Board sends a
command signal to the inverter but does not receive the signal back.
Wrong Frame Error (Right): A communication error when the board sends a command to the inverter
but receives a corrupted signal from the inverter.
• Third Line: Inverter Failure / Inverter Alarms
Inverter Failure (Left): An internal error in the inverter that is not caused by a communication failure.
For Example, F021 failure- under voltage in CC bus.
Inverter Alarms (Right): The amount of times the inverter sounds an alarm due to an error.
Resetting Inverter Errors:
To reset the Inverter Errors back to zero, press and hold the 1 and 3 keys
simultaneously. The display screen will turn all blue and the count will be zeroed.
Press to exit.
The control board does not display the exact failure that occurred. To identify the exact error code,
the inverter itself must be checked.
