Exposure (Camera Mode)
This setting is used to manually set the exposure value to compensate for light in various scenes.
1. Once the camcorder is powered on and is in Camera mode, press the MENU button to enter the Camera settings.
2. Tap the EXPOSURE icon on the screen to enter the Exposure menu.
3. Press the Zoom In/Out buttons or tap the corresponding icon on the touchscreen to select a setting. The following settings are
available:
-3, -2, -1, 0, +1, +2, +3
4. Tap the green arrow key to confirm the setting and exit this menu.
5. Tap the green arrow key again to revert back to your main viewing screen.
Playback Mode
This mode allows you to replay photos, audio files or videos that were captured by your camcorder.
1. Set the camcorder to Playback Mode by pressing the MODE button and then tapping directly on the PLAYBACK icon on the
screen. Once in Playback mode, the Playback icon will appear in the top left.
2. Swipe the screen or press the zoom in/out buttons to cycle through all available playback files.
3. In Playback mode, you can delete or protect your photos, and delete and protect the videos.
Note:
If no media file is saved in the memory, a message "No file" will display on the LCD screen.
Deleting
You can delete any unwanted photos to free up memory. You can delete one photo at a time or all of the unprotected photos saved on
the SD card at once.
1. In Playback mode, press the MENU button or touch the MENU icon on the screen.
2. Touch the screen and select the delete icon .
3. Touch the screen and select this photo (the currently selected) or all (all the unprotected).
4. Tap the green arrow key to confirm the setting
5. A confirmation message “Delete……?” will display on the screen. Select "Yes" to delete the file(s) or select "No" to cancel.
Protecting
You can set this function to protect your photos from being deleted by misuse or accident.
1. In Playback mode, press the MENU button or touch the MENU icon on the screen.
2. Touch the screen and select the Protect icon.
3. Touch the screen and select from the following settings:
Lock Current, Unlock Current, Lock All or Unlock All
4. Tap the green arrow key to confirm the setting
Note: If “Lock Current” is selected, the lock icon will display on the LCD screen above the currently selected photo. Select “unlock
current” to unprotect this file as described in Step 3.
Video Clips Playback
1. Enter Playback mode by pressing the MODE button and then tapping directly on the PLAYBACK icon on the screen.
2. Swipe the screen or press the Zoom In/Out buttons to cycle through available media and select the video file you want to playback.
3. Tap the icon on the screen to play the file.
4. Tap the screen again to pause the playback.
5. During video playback, press the Zoom In/Out buttons to increase/decrease playback volume.
5. Press the shutter button at the back of the camcorder to stop playback and return to Video mode.
Settings Mode
In this mode, you can set the language, time, mute, auto power off, frequency, TV mode,
formatting and default settings.
Language
The camcorder supports 13 languages, including English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Russian, Portuguese, Dutch,
Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese and Polish.
1. Press the MODE button to enter the main menu.
2. Tap the SETUP icon on the screen to enter the Setup menu.
3. Select LANGUAGE and press the Zoom In/Out buttons or tap the corresponding icon on the touchscreen to select a language.
4. Tap the green arrow key to confirm the setting and exit this menu.
5. Tap the green arrow key again to revert back to your main viewing screen.
