CONDITION OF USAGE
For clean or slightly dirty water with maximum sand contents: 50 g/m³.
Water temperature up to 35
°
C.
Transfer medium: Clean cold water at ambient temperature 40
°
C.
Pump should be submersed before starting.
Minimum internal diameter of well: 4’ /
∅100mm.
8. MAINTENANCE
Often check cable and duly replace the cable if it is found with fault of furcated.
Absorbed current and head supplied by the pump must be checked at regular intervals.
This procedure should be carried out frequently when water contains considerable quantities
of sand.
In the case of emergency systems, it is advisable to operate the pumps once a month in order
to avoid the risk of blocking.
Run the pump at a sequence time as recommended.
9. FAULT AND SOLUTIONS
FAULT
POSSIBLE CAUSES
REMEDIES
Pump does not
start
Too low voltage;
Impeller blocked;
Stator winding burn up;
Capacitor damaged; in case of
single phase motor.
Absent phase; in 3phase or
single phasing
Too large resistance of cable
Adjust voltage to ±10% of the rated;
release it by inserting screw driver into
the shaft at the fan side to remove the
sundries;
Repair;
Replace capacitor;
Check switch and cable connection etc;
Check 3phase power.
Use the proper cable;
Pump delivers
insufficient water
or no water
Highly delivery head;
The water level is low.
Air locked;
Pump worn off;
Wrong rotation.
Lower the head;
Throttle pump output or reset pump at
lower depth if possible.
Normal delivery may resume if pump is
started and stopped at one minute
interval;
Replace pump or repair;
Inverse two phases in 3 phase.
