6. Troubleshooting
a. After touching power button about 3seconds, no data shows on the display.
If powered by batteries check or replace the batteries.
If powered by external power adaptor, check cable connection.
b. The depth does not change and speed always is 0 when the depth system is
running.
Check the encoder cable if it is broken or loosened.
c. The tension value does not change when the tool string is going down or up.
Check the tension cable if it is broken or loosened.
d. Cannot connect to a PC by using DepthView software.
Check USB2.0 cable.
Make sure that the USB driver is properly installed (For detailed information,
please refer to DepthView software manual).
