The wall behind the hob and 450 mm above and across hob should be
made from an incombustible material, preferably an easy clean
surface, such as ceramic tiles
Cut out the work surface according to the sizes shown below
For the purpose of installation and use, a minimum of 50mm space
shall be preserved around the hole.
The thickness of the work surface must be at least 30mm and must be
heat-resistant
