How to clean
s
1.
After switching off the appliance, unplugging from the electric mains, removing the
Ceramic Lid and then the Ceramic Pot from the appliance and pouring out its
contents, allow sufficient time for the Ceramic Pot & Ceramic Lid to cool.
2.
Wash the Ceramic Pot & Ceramic Lid as you would any ceramic bowl using water
& mild liquid detergent with a non-abrasive sponge. Dry using a soft cloth and
allow to air-dry. Both the Ceramic Pot & Ceramic Lid can be washed in the
dishwater. However, DO NOT leave the Ceramic Pot & Ceramic Lid standing in
water for long periods of time, i.e. water in contact with the outside (not inside) of
the Ceramic Pot & Ceramic Lid.
DO NOT use metal scouring pads as these might cause surface abrasions on the
ceramic surface which might later develop into cracks.
3.
Wipe the exterior of the body of the slow cooker using a soft, damp cloth or sponge.
Remove stubborn spots with a cloth moistened with mild liquid detergent. DO NOT
use abrasive scouring pads or powders
4.
Never immerse the body of the slow cooker in water or other liquids.
