Once the water has boiled, the ON/OFF Switch comes up and the Indicator Light
goes out. Pressing the ON/OFF Switch down will not restart the heating process
if the temperature sensing controller determines that the temperature of the
water is not cool enough to require heating. Wait a few minutes before restarting
the appliance.
