b.
Turn the Temperature knob clockwise (found at the top of the appliance) to
select the desired temperature.
c.
Turn the Timer knob clockwise (found at the front of the appliance) to select
the desired duration of heating.
(Note : when starting with cold food, add 3 minutes to the cooking duration)
6.
The heating light will turn on, and the Timer starts counting down. During the
operation of the air fryer, the heating light will turn on and off continuously. This
indicates that the heating elements are turning on and off in order to maintain the
set temperature.
The leftover oil from the food ingredients will be collected at the bottom of the
Frying Pan.
7.
Some foods require overturning in the middle of cooking. To do so, pull the
Frying Pan out of the air fryer using the Handle, and then perform the overturn.
After that, push the Frying Pan back into the air fryer using the Handle.
Notice: DO NOT press the demounting button of the Grill Plate during the
process of overturning.

The beeping of the Timer indicates that the frying has ceased. Alternatively, you
can turn the Timer knob anti-clockwise to turn the frying off manually. Pull the
Frying Pan out of the air fryer using the Handle, and put the pan on a heat-
resistant surface.
9.
Check to see if the food has been cooked properly.
10.
To pour out smaller pieces of food (e.g. chips), press the demounting button of
the grill plate (1), and take the grill plate out of the frying pan (2). Pour the food
on the Grill Plate into plates or bowls. To remove bigger pieces or fragile food
ingredients, you can use clamps to take them out from the Grill Plate
DO NOT overturn the Grill Plate before demounting for this will cause the leftover
oil collected at the bottom of the frying pan to leak onto the food.
11.
After completing the cooking of one batch of food, the air fryer is ready to cook
another batch of food.
12.
Switch the socket switch OFF and detach the 3-pin plug from the socket on the
wall.
