Step 3: Hose Routing to Pump
Note:
A.)
First, connect the 18” piece of hose to the hose
reel and pump outlet. Thread the 3/8” NPT fitting into
the hose reel fitting and tighten with a crecent wrench.
B.)
Next, spin the 22mm coupler onto the pump outlet (hand tighten).
Step 4: Connect Hose to Hose Reel and Gun
A.)
First, route pressure hose included in this kit through opening in hose reel.
B.)
Then, attach pressure hose swivel fitting to the fitting on the hose reel.
C.)
Next, roll remaining pressure hose onto hose reel. Once you have rolled most of the hose included with the
kit onto the reel, you can attach the pre-exisiting hose (originally purchased with pressure washer) to the new
hose and continue rolling hose onto reel.
D.)
Finally, connect the pressure hose to the spray gun.
