UNPACKING
WARNING! Do not operate the tool if any part is missing. Replace the
missing part before operating. Failure to do so could result in a malfunction
and personal injury.
Remove the parts and accessories from the packaging and inspect for damage.
Make sure that all items in the contents are included.

• Rear Wheels
• Front Cover Plate
• Drawer
• Upper Cover Plate • Handle
• Steel Chain (2) • 5 pcs. Steel Hooks (5)
ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
Numbered references in parenthesis (#1) refer to the included Parts List.
FRONT WHEELS
1.
Slide the front wheel axle (#13) through the hollow tube located on the
bottom side of the front cover plate (#11).
2. Place one flat gasket (#14) on each end of the axle.
3.
Place the front wheels (#12) on the axle.
4.
Install the B shape pins (#15) in each axle hole and bend over.
5.
Repeat the above steps to install the other front wheel.
REAR WHEELS
6. Align the back wheel (#16) with four holes locate on the bottom left
side of the welding cart body (#21).
7.
Install each of the four M6X13 bolts (#5) with a flat washer (#7) a
spring washer (#6) through the welding cart body (#21). Tighten the
bolts.
8. Repeat the above steps to install right side rear wheel.
FRONT COVER PLATE
9. Align the front cover plate (#11) with the pre-drilled holes on the
welding cart body (#21).
10. Install an M6X13 bolts (#5) with one flat washer (#7) and one spring
washer (#6) through a pre-drilled hole.
11. Repeat step 2 to install the other bolts and make sure the front cover
plate has been assembled properly.
