7. Ensure the fan is on a stable surface while in use, to prevent the fan from
tipping over.
8. Do not immerse the fan, plug, or power cord in water, or spray them with
liquids.
9. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the
appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
Have the fan repaired by a qualified service provider.
10. Never insert fingers or other objects through the grille when the fan is
running.
11. Do not leave the fan running or operable in a place where young children
or animals could access it without supervision.
12. Do not allow the cord to hang down from a table or countertop.
13. Do not run the power cord under carpeting. Do not cover the cord with
throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange the cord away from
travelled areas where it will not be tripped over.
14. Disconnect the fan from the electrical outlet when moving it from one
location to another, when removing the grilles, or for cleaning.
15. To disconnect, grip the plug and pull it from the wall outlet. Never yank on
the cord.
16. Use this fan only as it is described in this manual.
17. This fan is not intended for use by people (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or who lack experience and
knowledge, unless they are supervised or given instructions concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, do not use this fan
with any solid-state speed control device.
OPERATION
1. Plug the fan into a functional 120 V outlet.
