1. Use the correct tool for the job. This tool was designed for a
specific function. Do not modify or alter this tool or use it
for an unintended purpose.
2. Control the tool, personal movement and the work
environment to avoid personal injury or damage to tool.
3. Do not operate any tool when tired or under the influence of
drugs, alcohol or medications.
4. Wear impact safety goggles and protective clothing
designed for the work environment and tool.
UNPACKING
WARNING! Do not operate the tool if any part is missing.
Replace the missing part before operating. Failure to do so
could result in a malfunction and personal injury.
Remove the parts and accessories from the packaging and
inspect for damage. Make sure that all items in the parts list are
included.
ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
Consult the Parts Breakdown diagram for assembly. Secure all
bolts hand-tight only with an M8 washer, lock washer and nut.
1. Secure the nose piece (#4) to the end of each handle
(#2) with two M8x55 mm bolts (#12) and hardware.
2. Secure each leg (#6) to a handle with two m8x55 mm
bolts and hardware.
3. Place the tray upside down on the ground. You may need
to place a support under the shorter end to raise it up.
4. Place the legs on the tray’s bottom and align the bolt
holes. Secure each leg to the tray with two M8x65 bolts
(#11) and hardware.
5. Attach the leg bracket (#5) to each leg with an M8x20
mm bolt and hardware. The bracket’s ends match the
leg’s angle.
6. Secure one wheel bracket (#8) to the front of a handle
with two M8x55 mm bolts and hardware.
7. Slide the wheel (#9) onto the axle (#7). Place a big
washer (#10) in the wheel bracket and slide the axle into
the bracket.
8. Insert the second big washer into the remaining bracket
and slide the bracket onto the axle. Secure the second
wheel bracket to the other handle.
9. Flip the wheelbarrow over and rest on legs and wheel.
10. Attach each support bracket (#3) to the tray with an
M8x20 mm bolt (#13) and hardware. Attach the
remaining ends to the handles with an M8x55 mm bolt
and hardware.
