The main reason for this problem usually is caused by an IRQ conflict. For the solution, please
refer to question one.
4) Video OK / No Audio
•
If you have clear image but no audio, you can check the following:
1. Check the audio control panel in the Windows Volume Control dialog. Make sure it hasn’t
been muted.
2. Make sure that the external audio loop back cable is connected between the Audio-Out of
the TV tuner card and Line-In of your sound card. After doing so, please check and select
the audio source to be “Line-In” in the System Device in Settings of RA330 TVPRO.
5) Why is the image discontinuity?
•
Please check if the VGA card supports Direct Show or install the newest driver.
•
Please check if the system meets the minimum requirement.
6) Why do the drive not be installed?
•
Please check if the name of Facility Management is Real Angel 330.
•
Please make sure you installed DIRECTX9.0C which is in the CD bundled with the REAL ANGEL
330
7) Why cannot see the image (black screen)?
•
Try to restart application software.
•
Try to reinstall REAL ANGEL 330 device driver.
8) Why do the color and sound have problem when watching TV?
•
Please check if the “Country and Zone” is correct.
9) Why is the TV quality very poor?
•
Please check cable signal’s quality. If so, please add a signal amplifier.
10) There are lost frame drop and A/V synchronization when playing recorded TV program.
•
Please check if the PC system meets the minimum requirement. If no, please check sound drive
or install WDM driver program of sound card.
11) Which software can I use to edit the recorded files?
•
You can use Ulead, Arcsoft, Intervideo and Cyberlink editing software.
12) There are more noise when replay the record file.
•
Maybe when you record the program the volume of Line-In is too high. Please adjust the volume
to medium and try again.
•
Maybe the problem is caused by Sound card, some low cost sound card has recording problem.
Also, update the video card’s driver.
