Purchasing Replacement Parts

For your convenience all parts on your Power Vac equipment are
replaceable.  This will allow you to keep your vacuum in working
condition for years to come without having to replace the entire unit. It
is recommended to replace all parts as needed for general maintenance
to ensure your equipment’s performance and longevity. For a full list of
parts see pages 16-21.

4.

DO NOT PICK THE VACUUM UP BY THE CORD.

 Use the white carrying

handle on the side. Pulling on the power cord or picking vacuum up by
power cord can jeopardize the water tight seals installed on cord and
motor. When a leak occurs, the motor can cease from water damage.

5.

KEEP CHARGING POSTS ON BATTERY FREE OF CORROSION.

Properly

caring for your battery will extend its life. Make sure to charge it
daily.USE A 12V 6 AMP OR 12V 10 AMP CHARGE ONLY.

6.

IF YOU NOTICE A SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE IN PERFORMANCE OR

APPEARANCE, IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO REPLACE YOUR
PARTS.

It is important to keep your male and female plugs in top

operating condition. Also make sure all 4 caster wheels are in good
shape.

Replace Safety Lid As Needed.

Failure to do so may result in injury!

It is a safety device!

NEVER PUT FINGERS NEAR PROP WHILE VACUUM IS ON!

It is important to replace your safety lid at the top of the vacuum unit
because it has two very important jobs:

1.

It acts as a check valve, preventing debris from falling thru the
bag and onto the pool floor if the vacuum shuts off underwater.

2.

It protects your fingers from injury by the spinning propeller.

This part is ITEM# 017-D or 018-D (see pages 16, 17 & 19). We
recommend always having a few extras on hand.
