Visit a Princess Auto Ltd. location for a solution if the tool does not function
properly or parts are missing. If unable to do so, have a qualified technician
service the tool.

Little or no oil
flows from
pump.
1. Pump unable to
create suction.
2. Pump drawing air.
3. Pump inlet blocked.
1. Prime the pump per Operation
instructions.
2. Check each option:
a. Check that suction pipe is in the
fluid.
b. Check that the inlet to suction
pipe connection is sealed.
Replace seal tape and tighten.
c. Replace damaged suction pipe.
3. Remove the suction pipe from the
inlet. Clean the wire mesh screen
and reinstall.
Oil or fuel leaking
from piston.
Damaged piston seal.
Replace pump. May be due to
inappropriate fluids being pumped
(see Specific Safety Precaution).
