2. Place the post (#2) onto the base with the adjustable support holder
pointing away from the base.
3. Align the holes in the base and post. Place a spring washer (#7) and
washer (#8) over each of the four screws (#6). Secure the post to the base
with the screws.
4. Merge the left wheel cradle (#12) and right wheel cradle (#15) together so
the flanges of each overlap the top of the other.
5. Place the wheel cradle assembly between the raised bolt holes on the
base’s strut and align the cradle’s pivot points.
6. Insert a pin shaft (#13) through the aligned bolt holes and the right wheel
cradle’s pivot point. Secure with a cotter pin (#14). Repeat with the left
wheel cradle on the other side.
7. Place the adjustable support (#17) onto the top of the post and align bolt
holes based on wheel size. Insert the pin shaft (#1) through the bolt holes
of the post and support. Secure with the double R-pin (#3).
OPERATION
1. Place the stand as desired. Hold the adjustable support (#17) and remove
the double R-Pin (#3) and pin shaft (#1). Move the support forward for
smaller tires or back for larger tires. Reinsert the pin and double R-pin.
2. Position the wheel cradle to allow the wheel to roll onto it. Push the
motorcycle forward onto the cradle until it touches the upright part of the
cradle.
3. Push the motorcycle so the wheel cradle tilts over until the wheel sits in
the adjustable support.
4. Clip the lock pin (#9) into the hole to secure the wheel cradle in place.
5. Follow the steps in reverse to remove the motorcycle from the
wheel chock.
