Flip Front Welding Helmet

ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
The welding helmet is preassembled. Remove the protective film from both
lenses before use.
HEADGEAR ADJUSTMENT
NOTICE! Refer to figure 1.
1. Adjust the headgear diameter with the twist
knob (1) on the back. Twist clockwise to
tighten and counterclockwise to loosen.
2. Adjust the height by snapping the pin (2) into
the hole to lock securely in place.
3. To adjust the viewing angle, loosen the knob
(3) and push the helmet forward and back to
the desired tilt position. Once the angle is
correct, tighten the knobs (3) until snug. The
helmet should still swing up, but it should not
drift downward when in place for welding.
4. To adjust the distance between the user’s face and the dark lens, loosen the
outside tension knobs (4) to allow for the headgear to be repositioned to a
different location. This should be done one side at a time and both sides
should be positioned the same for proper filter operation.
OPERATION
BEFORE WELDING
1. Ensure that the internal and external protective films are removed from
the lenses.
2. Check for head band tightness before each use.
