ASSEMBLY

NOTE: It is recommended to install the wall

mounted tire rack on wooden studs.

1.  Mark the location of the studs on the wall that you wish to mount the tire rack.

2.  With the grooved side up, align the holes in the wall mount frames with the points marking the

stud location and use the screws to secure the wall mount frames to the wall.

CAUTION! Be certain that the wall mount frames are level and not at an angle which could

cause the load to slip.

3.  Connect the side frames to the wall mount frame by hanging the side frames from the grooves

on the upper portion of the wall mount frame.

4.  Align the support bars with the appropriate holes in the lower portion of the side frames and

secure with the bolts.

NOTE: The side frames and support bars can adjust 52 to 64 in. depending on the requirement.

5.  Check the overall fit and that all parts are tight.

MAINTENANCE

CAUTION! Remove any load from the tire rack before performing any inspection, maintenance, or

cleaning procedures.
WARNING! To prevent serious injury from rack failure, do not use damaged equipment. If any

problems are noticed, have the problem corrected before further use.

1.  Before each use, inspect the general condition of the tire rack. Check for loose or damaged

parts, and any other condition that may affect its safe operation.

2.  Clean off any dirt, debris, oil, grease, etc. from the tire rack before loading.

3.  After use, wipe external surfaces of the tire rack with a clean, moist cloth.

NOTE: Do not use solvents to clean the unit.

4.  Check all hardware for tightness.

DISPOSING OF THE TOOL

If your wall mounted tire rack has become damaged beyond repair, do not throw it out. Bring it to the

appropriate recycling facility.
