SPECIFIC SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1. This cart has a load capacity of 750 lb. Do not exceed the capacity. Be aware of dynamic loading: a sudden
load movement may exceed the capacity briefly, causing product failure.
2. This cart is designed for low speed. Do not operate over 8 km/h (5 MPH).
3. Be sure that the area is clear before operating.
4. If the cart strikes an object during operation, stop and inspect the cart. Repair if necessary before restarting.
5. Inspect before use; do not use if parts are damaged or broken. Check all bolts and nuts in the cart. Do not
use if damaged.
6. If towing cart up or down a slope, approach the slope directly. Driving across a slope significantly increases
the risk of overturning.
7. Be sure to read and understand all instructions and warnings set forth by the manufacturer of the vehicle
that the cart will be attached to.
8. Ensure the load is secure on the cart before transporting.
ASSEMBLY
NOTE: When this manual refers to a part number, it refers to the included Parts List section.
1. Locate and layout all parts as shown below.

4. Lay the tongue (#1) into the support bracket and align with the axle support plates, as you thread the shaft

using the pin (#2).
5. Place the wheels (#18) onto the wheel spacers and secure with washers (#15) and cotter pins (#16).
6. Tighten all bolts and nuts from steps 2 to 5 securely.
7. Determine the type of hitch you wish to use:
a. For ball hitch, attach ball coupler (#27) using bolts (#28), lock nuts (#30) and flat washers (#29).

(#25). Drop the hitch pin (#21) into the hitch holes and secure it with the presto pin (#11).

OPERATION
To dump the cart, remove pin (#2) and tilt bed. After dumping, re-insert pin and secure it with presto pin (#11).
