
Note:
Loosen chamber just enough to fit the blade in. Do not unscrew completely.
This will cause the chamber to fall apart.

Place the circular opening on the blade over the protruding pin with teeth of the
blade facing down.
5.
Once the blade is on the pin turn the hex key clockwise to tighten (as shown)
Make sure the chamber is closed tight and is secure.
Note:
Make sure the workpiece is secure and will not move during the cutting
process.
Grinder Attachment
Follow the steps 1-8 (changing attachments) from
above to install the grinder attachment. You can only
operate the grinder in the forward direction. The
direction control defaults to this position once the
grinder is attached.
Prior to use:
• Make sure the grinder attachment is properly
attached and secure.
• Make sure the direction switch is in the locked
(middle) position and not the reverse position.
Note:
this will damage the power tool.
• Remove battery before changing any parts or the attachment.
Warning: Never operate the grinder without using ANSI or CSA approved eye
protection glasses.
Direction Control: > Forward Only
To avoid injury and possible damage to the workpiece:
• Secure workpiece so that it doesn't move while you are working.
• Use the proper grain grinding wheel.
• Gradually lower grinder until the grinding wheel contacts the workpiece
• Avoid moving grinder into workpiece too slowly.
• Avoid leaving in one spot for a long period of time.
• For best results operate the grinder at a 5° to 15° angle
Installing the grinding wheel:
Warning! Never use the grinding wheel attachment without the wheel cover
in place.

Install grinding wheel on the arbor shaft with grinding surface facing outward
(as shown)

Once grinding wheel is in place attach arbor nut onto threaded end of arbor
shaft (as shown)
