Environmental information
HP Værktøj A/S endeavours to manufacture
environmentally-friendly electrical and
electronic products; we also wish to
contribute to the safe disposal of waste
substances which may be environmentally
hazardous.
A healthy environment is of benefit to all of
us and, for this reason, we have set as our
goal the upholding of EU’s initiatives in this
area, region. Thus, we hope to have a system
in place for the responsible collection,
treatment, recycling and disposal of
electrical equipment, which may otherwise
present a risk to the environment. This also
means that our products do not contain any
of the following chemicals or substances:
- Lead
- Mercury
- Cadmium
- Hexavalent chromium
- PBB (polybrominated biphenyls) (flame
retardants)
- PBDE (polybrominated diphenyl ethers)
(flame retardants)
