LOCKING

PIN HOLE

This fold up drawer (19) is designed to be placed under a shelf so that the shelf may act as the

drawer top.

PART 2: DRAWER ASSEMBLY (FIG. F-I)

NOTICE

1.  Open the fold up drawer (19) and install the drawer pull (20) by slipping it into the tabs on the

inside of the fold up drawer (19) front. Secure it using the provided drawer carriage bolt (22) and

nut (23) in the top corners of the fold up drawer (19). Make sure the nuts (23) are inside of the

fold up drawer (19). (Fig. F)

2.  Using the remaining drawer carriage bolts (22) and nuts (23), secure the top corners of the fold

up drawer (19) on the opposite side of the drawer pull (20). (Fig. G)

3.

NOTE:

Ensure that the drawer slides open to the front of the rack.

Install the mounting brackets with the drawer slides onto the rack with six slots spaced from the

top of the vertical beams (1). This will be directly underneath the top set of crossbeams (4) that

were installed previously. This is done by positioning the mounting bracket with drawer slides

(21) on the inside edge of the rack uprights. Slide down the mounting bracket with drawer slides

(21) to seat them properly. Ensure both brackets are level with one another when tightening the

mounting bracket hardware. (Fig. H)

4.

NOTE:

Ensure mounting brackets with drawer slides (21) are level before installing the fold up

drawer (19). Have a helper assist with the install of the fold up drawer (19) onto the

drawer slides (21).

Slide the guides on the fold up drawer (19) into the rails on the mounting bracket (21): there

should be a distinct click when the guides have seated properly. (Fig. H)

5.  To secure the brackets (21) to the rack’s uprights, install the locking pins (10) into the mounting

bracket with drawer slides (21). (Fig. I)
