8.2 Status indication (Welcome)
After successful login, the status menu (Welcome) is displayed. It contains the version information (software, hard-
ware and web server) for the device and the status information about the input signal and modulator settings as well
as an indication for the data volume of the respective output channels (TS overflow).
Furthermore, all necessary parameter settings can be made via the menu items in the left column and saved on the
device. By selecting the corresponding tab, you can access the corresponding submenus. In each menu, the two
buttons "Default" and "Apply" are located at the end of the menu. The "Default" button is used to reset the settings to
the factory settings. The "Apply" button is used to set the values selected in the menu.
NOTE
However, the values are only saved permanently after pressing the "Save config" button in the Save/Restore menu.
The Input 1, Input 2 and NIT menus additionally have a "Help" button in which the possible setting values are speci-
fied again.

In these menus, the input parameters of the HDS device are set. When setting an HDS device, these parameters
can be selected as follows, depending on the device type.
