SOLUTION

The suction fan does not start

No power supply

Check the cable, plug and
socket

The boiler filling pump can be
heard working continuously

Air in the boiler circuit.

Switch off the appliance, allow it
to cool and repeat the opera-
tions described in the “OPERA-
TION” chapter.

The suction power drops

The upholstery nozzle, the flexi-
ble tube or the stiff suction tube
are clogged.

The Hepa filter is exhausted

Clen the filter and remove any
obstruction from the tubes and
accessories.

Follow the instructions in the
paragraph headed “GENERAL
MAINTENANCE”

Water is spilled while sucking
up liquids.

Float device clogged

Clean the “EcoActive Filter” wa-
ter filter assembly.

The vacuum cleaner shuts
down while vacuuming and the
suction speed indicators (8C)
and suction indicator (8E) flash.

The liquid level in the water
container is too high. 

The selected power level is too
high for the surface being
cleaned.

Proceed as described in the sec-
tion on “Emptying and cleaning
the water container” to resume
cleaning. 

Press the main switch (1), unplug
the power cable and leave the ap-
pliance unplugged for at least 30
seconds to allow the safety de-
vice to reset.

The appliance shuts down and
“E1” appears on the display.

The electronic card has detec-
ted low water level in the boiler.

Turn off the appliance for a few
minutes and then turn it back
on. If the problem appears
again, contact an authorised
service centre.

The appliance shuts down and
“E2” appears on the display.

The electronic card has detec-
ted an incorrect operating tem-
perature.

Turn off the appliance for a few
minutes and then turn it back
on. If the problem appears
again, contact an authorised
service centre
