It is necessary to fill up the tank with water
before it becomes empty. If no steam comes
out when pressing the steam request button,
this means that there is no more water in the
tank.
To keep on working, simply restore the water
level in the self-refilling tank as described in
the “Preparation for use” paragraph.

• Disconnect the appliance and let it cool

down for at least 2 hours.

• Empty the water tank to prevent leakage.
• Turn the appliance upside-down and use

the hexagon wrench (

13

) to unscrew the

boiler cap (

12

) on the bottom of the ap-

pliance (fig.6).

• Use the funnel (

14

) to pour 1/4 litre of cold

water into the boiler.

CAUTION: do not pour more than the
specified amount of water into the boi-
ler. Pour water slowly, being careful not
to let it overflow, as this could damage
the appliance (fig.7).

• Rinse out the boiler and pour the water

away into the sink or into a container for
collecting dirty water.

• If the water is very dirty, repeat the opera-

tion until it is clean.

• Put the cap back on the boiler, checking

that the seal is present and that the cap is
screwed on properly.

• Fill the water tank again and put the tank

lid.

• Turn the appliance on again.
• Before ironing, release steam into the sink

or another container and check that the
steam is clean. This should take a few se-
conds.

• Resume ironing normally.
• To maintain optimum performance, clean

the boiler every 10/20 uses depending on
the amount of limestone in the water.
