I cannot activate my
digital camera by
pressing the
button.
Insufficient battery power or
battery is missing.
Recharge your battery or place your
battery into the camera.

Turn the camera on.

Recharge your battery.
Make sure the battery door is
securely closed.
Image is not recorded
when the Shutter button
is pressed.

Flash unit is charging.
Or
Memory is full.
Turn the camera on.
Or
Wait until flash unit charging finishes.
Or
Delete images you no longer need,
or use another memory card.
Camera powers off duing
self-timer countdown.
Recharge your battery.
The battery is exhausted.
LCD screen image is out
of focus.

for landscape.

Normal focus is being used

Select a correct scene shooting
mode for taking pictures.
Battery door is not closed.
The camera is detected by

The removable disk crashes
with the network drives.
Disconnect the crashed network
drive and reserve this drive letter
for the camera.
ArcSoft PhotoStudio does not
support the X3F file format.
Use the Polaroid PhotoLab to
convert the X3F file to the JPEG
or TIFF format. Then ArcSoft
PhotoStudio can open the file in
JPEG or TIFF format.
There is no response
from the camera while
pressing any buttons.
The LCD screen is frozen or
the camera is hanged.
Remove and re-install the battery or
batteries to reset the camera. Your
valuable data stored in the camera
will not be lost.
