Warranty Policy 
 • Warranty 

If the product fails during normal and proper use 

within the warranty period, it shall be repaired or 

exchanged free of charge in accordance with the 

warranty terms and conditions. 

This warranty covers the body only, not the 

components. This warranty is valid in Japan only. 

Any repair of the failed or damaged product which 

falls under the following cases will be charged a fee 

for service:

 

1. The warranty is not presented or attached upon 

    request for the repair 

2. The warranty does not state when and where 

    the Product was purchased, or the information 

    has been forged or altered in some way

3. The product defect or damage has been 

    caused by misuse or negligence such as being 

    dropped or impact during transportation 

4. Product defect or damage is caused by abnormal 

    voltage or fire, earthquake, floods and other 

    disasters 

5. The product defect or damage arises from the 

    other device to which it is connected 

6. The product is repaired or remodeled by an 

    unauthorized service center 

7. The product defect or damage is caused by 

    the violation of the manuals and instructions as 

    furnished by the Company
