19 WARRANTY

The warranty period for gyroscooter is 2 years from the purchase date. The warranty period for battery
is 6 months from the purchase date. The warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship.
In this case, the consumer has the right to have a free repair of the product, among other things.
The warranty is valid only if the following requirements are met:
1.
The warranty obligation applies to all products of
“TEXTON CORPORATION LLC” in the countries
where warranty service is available (regardless of the place of purchase).
2.
The product is purchased exclusively for personal and domestic needs. The product should be
used in accordance with the User Manual and the safety requirements.
3.
The manufacturer's obligations under this warranty are met by the sellers – the authorized
dealers of the manufacturer and the official service centers. This warranty does not apply to
products purchased from non-authorized vendors that bear responsibility before buyers on their
own in accordance with the Russian Federation legislation.
4.
This warranty does not cover any defects or external changes, resulting from the following
actions:
If chemical, mechanical or other effects, foreign objects, liquids, insects and their waste
products fall into the product;
Force-majeure (hurricanes, fires, earthquakes);
The device is not used for the intended purpose. Failure to follow the safety rules;
Normal operating condition and natural wear, that does not affect the functional
properties: mechanical damage of the external or internal surface (dents, scratches,
scuffs), natural color changes of the metal, including iridescent and dark spots, as well as
metal corrosion in damaged places with uncoated metal;
Wear of decorative elements, lamps, batteries, wheels, bags, protective screens and other
parts with a limited period of use;
Product repair is made by non-authorized service centers.
5.
The warranty does not cover:
batteries that were damaged by failure to follow the battery charging instructions
described in this Manual;
wheels and body of gyroscooter that were seriously damaged by incorrect or careless
usage.
If damage is caused to wheels, device body or battery by the user's fault, the repair of damaged
component is carried out at the customer expense. The seller disclaims any responsibility for such
repair.
6.
The warranty for gyroscooter does not apply in the following cases:
Device body or battery was damaged mechanically;
There is evidences of moistures in the power unit or facts of opening or repairing the device
by non-authorized service centers;
The gyroscooter was modified in anyway;
Gyroscooter was damaged by incorrect usage or ignorance of the battery charging
instructions.

In case of any damage, contact the service center.
