MAINTENANCE

REFERENCE “D”

HUB LUBRICATION

Following replacement of hub bearings and/or re-

installation of hub, pour 25 cc of oil through hole

on top of hub housing intended for this purpose.

NOTE: Use a SAE 80W-90 grade oil designed for high

pressure applications.

CAUTION:  Do  not  exceed  the  recommended

quantity of oil.

REFERENCE “E”

LUBRICATION OF HUB SPEED SLEEVE 

Apply 1.5 to 2 cc of grease over the entire width

and circumference of the hub Speed Sleeve.

REFERENCE “F”

FRAME TUBING - TENSIONER SIDE

Slide the tensioner to its furthest point out. Apply

evenly a thin coat of grease, oil or spray lubricant

on  the  outside  of  the  tensioner  tubing,  over  the

entire circumference (360°). 

NOTE: Application of lubricant on the tensioner tubing

prevents corrosion inside the frame.

Lubrication allows the tensioner to move freely

when adjusting the track’s tension.

LUBRICATION  OF  STABILIZING  ARM  ROD

ENDS

Clean  and  apply  spray  lubricant  to  rod  end  on

Stabilizing arms.
