Troubleshooting
I can’t add the surveillance camera to the application.
• Make sure your phone is connected to a 2.4Ghz WiFi network.
• Make sure you’ve entered the correct WiFi password.
• Reset the surveillance camera and repeat the configuration
steps.
I can’t see the images taken by the surveillance camera.
• Check the WiFi signal. Move the surveillance camera closer to
the router.
• Reset the surveillance camera and repeat the configuration
steps.
I reset the camera but it still appears in the list of devices in the
application.
• By resetting, the surveillance camera settings return to the
factory defaults. Delete the camera from the application
manually.
