Drain Valve Clean Up Procedure
A.
Depressurize the drain valve.
B.
Disconnect the power source.
C.
Remove the valve from the compressed air system.
D.
Remove the solenoid coil.
E.
Remove the stainless steel sleeve from valve body.
F.
Clean the valve body internals, and all other
components.
G.
Replace diaphragm as needed. The valve rebuild kit
is available.
H.
Assemble the valve parts.
I.
Connect the solenoid coil.
J.
Install the drain valve in the system.

Recommended Operation and Maintenance for the
Particle Strainer
The particle strainer should be cleaned once every week
or as needed.
1.
Close the shut-off valve on the particle strainer.
2.
Depressurize the drain by pressing the drain PRESS
TO TEST or DRAIN TEST key.
3.
Unscrew bottom of the particle strainer and clean the
screen.
