The PMI® Pit Viper Caving Harness is fitted with Double Back buckles ensuring
no-slip performance when properly rigged. If not used properly, the buckle will
not hold and can result in injury or death. Inspect the buckle on receipt and
before use to ensure that it is functioning properly.

Harness should not be used near moving machinery, electrical hazards, sharp
edges, or abrasive surfaces without proper additional safety measures in place.
All webbing tails should be properly secured before use.

The front attachment points are for attaching to full strength connections that
are designed to support life-safety loads.
WARNING!
The accessory loop on the side of the harness is designed to attach equipment
only and should NEVER be used for life safety applications such as belaying,
anchoring a person, or tying in to a life safety system.

The user must have a rescue plan prepared and the means available to
implement it while wearing this harness.

This caving harness features a low profile and very low frontal attachment
point, making it an excellent choice for cave exploration or cave rescue.
Designed to work with the Frog chest harness, or other appropriate chest
harnesses used in SRT climbing systems.

• Adjustable waist and leg loops.
• Abrasion guards over the backs of each leg loop.
• Accessory loops that provides a convenient attachment point for clipping
carabiners and other equipment.

and never individually. For optimum performance, connect the
two points using a 10mm Delta Screw Link (Tri-Link). Never use a
non-locking connector.
