plymovent self-cleaning cartridge filter Smart"one" is a unique efficient
filter, which is developed for filtration of all kinds of dry dust, welding
fume, grinding dust and other dry air pollutants within the
metal industry, plastic and rubber, chemical, mining and
the food industry etc. the filter cartridge cleans automatically
without stoping the filtration. the cleaning improves the
cartridge lifetime and reduces maintenance to a minimum.

Delivery
all of theplymovent Smart"one" filters are delivered complete including mounting brackets,
cartridge, hopper and dustbin.the dimension of the inlet pipe is Ø 250 mm /10" for spiro ducting.
as an alternative there are 3x Ø160mm/ 6,25" holes for spiro ducting.
a fan can be directly mounted on the outlet pipe.
general
it is forbidden to use the filter in an explosive atmosphere or to filter explosive dust. a Smart"one" filter should not be used for fumes
whose temperature is higher than 194°f/90°c. the filter must only be used with dry dusts.
