Recharging
The bioPLUXresearch has an autonomy of approximately 12 hours in continous usage. When the battery
starts to run down, the respective led light gives a warning (see page 16) until the device stops working. At
this point you need to recharge the battery.
To charge the battery of your bioPLUXresearch device all you have to do is plug the charger to a wall outlet
and to the charging terminal on your bioPLUXresearch device
For the safety of the user being monitored, the bioPLUXresearch device automatically switches off when
in charging mode (state: charging)
Important: when charging the bioPLUXresearch you must remove all sensors
connected to the user!
The bioPLUXresearch battery will take approximately two and a half hours to fully charge. When this
process is finished and the battery is fully charged the led charge warning light switches off.
In an error occurs during charging, a red led warning light comes on (see page 8). In this case, you must
unplug the charger from the wall outlet and plug it again to complete the charging process correctly.
The room temperature when charging the battery must be between 10ºC and 35ºC.
If the battery overheats (reaching 60ºC), unplug the charger immediately and contact PLUX Technical
Assistance.
