The E-mail Utility (Figure 12) is used to quickly and easily send scanned
documents via E-mail. The E-mail Utility only works with MAPI-based E-mail
programs (which currently include Microsoft Outlook, Netscape Mail and Eudora)
that have already been installed on your computer.

The following describes how to set up and use the E-mail Utility.
1. Make sure the MAPI-based E-mail software you wish to use is already
installed on your computer. If Action Manager doesn’t detect a MAPI-based
E-mail program, the E-mail Utility will not run.

Load a document or image into the scanner.
