Troubleshooting
If the product is not working properly
or acting strangely, check the
following items.
Resetting the device
If the device is not working properly, try
resetting it. This may resolve the issue.
Start charging the device while pressing
the Action Button. The device will vibrate
once and then reset.
After resetting is finished, all settings
will return to their default states, and the
device will enter the automatic locking
mode.
