Assembly
To assemble the product, follow the individual
steps as shown in Figs. F–H.
Assembly variants
Assembly variants can be found in the enclosed
overview.
Note:
assembly variants with multiple, con-
secutive curved parts can potentially derail the
vehicles!
Clean the tracks with a damp cloth before using
them for the first time!
Use
Safari vehicle (Fig. C)
1. Slide the switch (7d) to ‘ON’ to turn the
product on.
2. Press the front button (7e) to drive forwards.
3. Press the middle button (7f) to stop the safari
vehicle.
4. Press the back button (7g) to drive backwards.
Warning!
The safari vehicle is not intended to
drive backwards on bridges or inclines.
5. Slide the switch (7d) to ‘OFF’ to turn the
product off.
Volcano (Fig. I)
1. Pull the seal (3e) of the water tank out of the
volcano (3).
2. Use the dropper (15) to fill the water tank with
liquid.
Note:
fill the water tank with mains water only.
The water tank has a capacity of approx. 34ml.
The dropper has a capacity of approx. 5.5ml.
Make sure that you do not overfill the water
tank.
3. Place the seal back on the volcano.
4. Press the button (3d) to turn the volcano (3)
on.
Note:
the LED inside the volcano lights up.
Once the water tank is filled with water, the
steam function activates. The function turns off if
there is no more water in the water tank.
5. Press the button (3d) to turn the volcano off.
Note:
empty the water tank of the volcano after
each use and let it dry completely.
Activating the sound track
Remove the protective foil (4a) on the battery
compartment cover before using the sound
track (4) for the first time (Fig. D). The sound
function activates whenever a vehicle passes
over the button on the sound track.
Rail connector (Fig. J)
Fasten the rail connector (16) in areas where
the track connections are suspended. Click the
rail connector in the middle underside of the two
rails to be connected.
Storage, cleaning
When not in use, always store the product dry,
clean, without batteries and at room tempera-
ture.
Only clean the product with a damp cloth and
wipe dry afterwards.
Empty the water tank of the volcano after each
use and let it dry completely.
Warning: the tracks should be cleaned before
being used for the first time!
IMPORTANT! Never clean the product with
harsh cleaning agents.
Disposal
In the interest of protecting the environ-
ment, do not throw your product into the
household waste once you are finished
with it, but rather take it to a specialty disposal
facility. Find out about collection sites and their
hours of operation from your local authority.
Defective or used batteries must be recycled
pursuant to Directive 2006/66/EC and changes
to it. Return batteries and/or the product via the
collecting sites provided.
Packaging materials, such as plastic bags, must
be kept away from children. Keep the packaging
materials out of reach of children.
Environmental damage caused by
improper disposal of batteries! Batteries
may not be disposed of with household
waste. They may contain toxic heavy metals and
are subject to hazardous waste treatment.
