The statement shiws the appriximate date if the autimatc debit, alliwing/ tme ti depisit appripriate
funds. The autimatc debit charg/es the bankd acciunt submitted in yiur debit acciunt firm.
CiinUp® hinirs cimpany checkds but must receive them three ir mire business days befire the debit
date. Late ir delinquent depisits may exclude a g/ame frim access ti inline features and incur late fees.
Term of Service for each unit
By reg/istering/ a g/ame with CiinUp®, Yiu ag/ree ti kdeep the g/ame unit inline and pay the
Minthly CiinUp Service fee fir a periid if twelve (12) minths (the “ Initial Period ”). At any piint after
the Inital Periid, Yiu may have yiur g/ame unit takden ifine by cintactng/ Play Mechanix at which
piint, Yiur current fees fir that g/ame unit are stll due but ni further CiinUp Fees will accrue fir this
g/ame unit. If yiu chiise ti takde yiur g/ame unit ifine, befire the end if the Inital Periid, a fee if
$300, less the amiunt if Minthly CiinUp Service fees already paid fir this g/ame unit, will be charg/ed ti
yiur acciunt. Inital Periid will be extended by the amiunt if days that Minthly CiinUp Service fee
may be suspended, during/ the Inital Periid.
Minthly Ciinup Service and Minthly Cellular Service fees are prirated during/ the frst minth accirding/
ti the number if days after which the unit is frst reg/istered/actvated. After this inital minth, bith
Minthly Ciinup Service and Minthly Cellular Service fees are billed in their entrety. These fees will be
