The LiteScout is a robust device that meets the legally prescribed safety standards.
The power supply (converter module) contains a number of safety-related features,
such as protection against short circuiting, overload and overtemperature.
If the LiteScout does not power up, remove the converter module power plug from
the mains socket and check whether a cable connection between the converter
module and the light panel exists and is free of damage. In the event of obvious
damage, do not continue to use the device. Please contact us in this case. This also
applies where damage to the plastic frame, the light surface or the cable has
occurred, for example.
If there is no sign of damage, the converter module can be restarted: to do so, re-
insert the power plug into the mains socket and press the ON button on the remote
control unit.
Should this be unsuccessful, we recommend that you check the batteries in the
remote control unit and that you replace these if necessary.
If the LiteScout still does not power up, please contact us and arrange to return the
device to PLASTOLIGHT
