• We recommend respecting a minimum distance from hob to bottom of extractor
unit (due to the heat production from the hob) of:
Induction/ceramic
> 65 cm
Gas hob
> 70 cm
Gas wok, 3.2 - > 6 kW
> 75 cm
• We recommend you to treat the steel parts and/or components in the inner side of
the hood against corrosion by moisture. This is often the case with lower quality
hoods that aren’t built with galvanized or stainless steel.
Note:
If the extractor unit is mounted at a smaller distance above the hob, the
PlasmaMade Carbon Airfilter
’s guarantee is invalidated.
