Before: Always ventilate first for 10 minutes on a 200 m

setting
(usually position 1 or 2).
During: Always ventilate well during the cooking process.
After*: The duration depends on the volume of the room (width x length x height =
volume). For every 50 m

you should allow 10 minutes’ post-ventilation on
the 200 m
3
setting.
* with a minimum of 10 minutes and a maximum of 40 minutes.
Note:
When using griddles and fryers, double the post-ventilation time.
Ventilation remains essential for every form of recirculation.
Use the filter up to two hours per 24 hours. This to maximize the life of the
filter for up to 2-3 years, if you use it for longer than two hours a day, it
may adversely affect life, which means that you should buy a new filter
earlier.
