Symptom
Procedure
Weak, noisy or
no transmission.
Push plug all the way into jack receptacle.
Adjust and position acoustic tube properly (Step
6).
Visually inspect acoustic tube for foreign matter and replace
if blocked. Do not blow or insert anything into acoustic tube.
Weak or no
reception.
Make sure you are wearing proper-sized earpiece (Step 1 ).
Position earpiece properly in ear (see Steps
1
and
5).
Make sure earpiece tube is not pinched.
Inspect earpiece for wax or other foreign matter (refer to
StarSet Care and Maintenance).
Capsule will not
stay in place.
Position capsule properly (Step
4).
Properly adjust clothing clip (Step
3).
Position earpiece on capsule properly (Step
2).
