Visual Inspection (monthly)
It is recommended to inspect the system monthly to ensure all components are functioning properly.
(The feature can remain running during inspection)
REMOVE ROCK TRAYS OR ACCESS PANELS (IF APPLICABLE)
DO NOT OPEN REMOTE RESEVOIR (TANK) LID DURING INSPECTIONS
1) CHECK FOR LEAKS
– Visually inspect the following
areas for signs of water escaping the system:

Along entire base of feature

Around all plumbing connection

Around remote reservoir(s)
IF WATER HAS ESCAPED THE SYSTEM,
SHUT THE SYSTEM DOWN IMMEDIATELY AND
CONTACT PLANTRONICS CUSTOMER SERVICE
2) OBSERVE PUMP
– Check that the pump is performing normally:

Listen to the pump(s) for any abnormal sounds

Feel the temperature of the remote reservoir
IF ANY EXCESS NOISE OR HEAT IS NOTICED, SHUT THE SYSTEM DOWN, CHECK THE WATER LEVEL AND
3) CHECK FOR BUILDUP (inside the feature)
– Visually
inspect the following areas for buildup:

Water surface (inside panel)

Vinyl hoses (between panel and remote reservoir)
IF BUILDUP IS FOUND,
CONTACT PLANTRONICS CUSTOMER SERVICE
