Tx Hold Count
The number of BPDU's a bridge port can send per second.
When exceeded, transmission of the next BPDU will be delayed. Valid values are
in the range 1 to 10 BPDU's per second.

Hello Time
The time that controls the switch to send out the BPDU packet to check STP
current status.
Enter a value between 1 through 10.
