4. Operation
4.1 Before the first use
1.
Remove all packaging material.
2.
Clean the oven inside from all protective agents.
3.
Take out the supplied accessories and clean them with warm water and
washing-up liquid.
4.
Switch on the room ventilation or open a window.
5.
Let the oven operate (250
0
C) for 30 minutes. Now a little bit of smoke and
odour may be generated for approx. 15 minutes. This is normal. They are
generated by the substance, that protects your appliance against damage caused
by the shipment from the manufacturer's works.

NOTICE!
Clean the oven with warm water and washing-up liquid only.

Cooking zone back/left. Turn clockwise/anticlockwise to switch on.

Cooking zone front/left. Turn clockwise/anticlockwise to switch on.

Cooking zone back/right. Turn clockwise/anticlockwise to switch on.
Always keep the cooking zones clean; otherwise the energy is not transferred
completely.
Protect the hob from corrosion.
Switch off the cooking zones immediately after operation.
