ASSEMBLY PREPARATION
Inspect the grill after removing the protective shipping carton, and report any damage to your dealer immediately. Shipping
damage is not covered under warranty. Before assembly of product, review parts list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not
attempt to assemble the product. Contact your dealer or customer service for parts.
Tools required for assembly:
screwdriver, wrench and level.
Tools not included.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: For all of the following steps, do not tighten any screws completely until all screws for that step have been
installed. Once all screws have been installed, then tighten them securely.
1. MOUNTING THE LEGS TO MAIN BARREL

1 x Main Barrel

Installation:
• Place a piece of cardboard on the floor to prevent scratching the unit.
Lay the main barrel on its side, hopper end pointed upward, on the
cardboard. Note illustration.
• Mount one leg with wheel to the floor end of the main barrel using
four screws, locking washers, and washers, through the four pre-
drilled holes. Repeat installation for second leg with wheel.
NOTE: The two pre-drilled holes on both of the support legs with
wheel axles remain unused.
• Mount one stationary leg to the hopper end of the main barrel using
four screws, locking washers, and washers, through the four pre-
drilled holes. Repeat installation for second stationary leg.
2. MOUNTING THE WHEELS TO THE LEGS
Parts Required:
2 x Metal Wheel
(#8)
2 x Washer

2 x Nut
(#C)
Installation:
• Slide a metal wheel onto each leg with wheel axle. Secure using a
washer and a nut. Spin each wheel to ensure the wheels turn freely.
