Probe
The Probe
is
used for chilling cycles to measure centre temperature.
4.11.8 Probe Alarm
Probe failure activates a
Probe Failure Alarm
only if a Temperature chilling cycle is in progress;
in this case the cycle automatically shifts to time mode and the buzzer rings.
DISPLAY1 shows an alarm message in blink mode (fig.23 )
Press any key to remove alarm message.
To see the temperature on the Evaporator press ad release key
, the temperature value is
shown on DISPLAY2.
4.11.9 Evaporator Probe Alarm
Probe failure activates an
Evaporator Probe failure Alarm
and the buzzer (if present) rings.
DISPLAY1 shows an alarm message in blink mode (fig.24)
The buzzer rings for one minute
P17
at the most, but can be silenced by pressing a key, the
cc alarm stops automatically when failure is fixed.
When the probe is in alarm mode, the system shifts to time defrosting.
Cold Room Probe
Measures the temperature of the cold room where the chilling process is taking place, and the temperature is shown on
DISPLAY2.
4.11.7 Cold Room Probe Alarm
Probe failure activates both the
Cold Room Probe Alarm
and a buzzer. An error message in
blink mode appears on the display (fig. 22):
The buzzer (if present) rings for one minute P17 at the most, but can be silenced by pressing any
key.
- In case of Cold Room Probe failure it is possible, however, to start or continue a
Time chilling programme, where the compressor check is carried out with a Probe
with a delta P32 with respect to the SetPoint, since the Probe temperature is colder
than that of the Cold Room Probe
- A Time Chilling Programme with Temperature in stand-by Start.
- A Time Chilling Programme with Temperature in progress if Probe is not inserted; Compressor
check is carried out with a Probe instead of the Cold Room Probe.
- A Time Chilling Programme with Temperature in progress switches the compressor on
and off on the basis of the times stored beforehand during the chilling or preservation
process (or with P60, P61, P62 and P63).
