7. GENERAL INFORMATION
7.1 DIAGNOSIS
7.1.1 DIAGNOSIS NOTE
They are notes at the time of XW-HT1 diagnosis.
• If a radio module(TX Module) is removed, a problem is in connection of GND.
(GNDA and GNDRF are separated.)
When you remove and examine a radio module, please be sure to connect GNDA and GNDRF.
(Just to short-circuit the standby cell of R1892.)
• EEPROM
PDL 019A8 of IC1303 writes a program in general-purpose EEPROM. Therefore,
marking of IC is the maker part number (M24C64-RMN6) of EEPROM.
A white dot mark sticks. (The PDL number is not printed on IC.)
• The thing for XW-HT1 should be used for an adapter. By the adapter of an old wireless model
Capacity is insufficient and an adapter breaks.
Moreover, in XW-HT1, the protection circuit when there is input voltage more than
regulation is carried. In input about 14v or more, a protection circuit (IC1511)
operates and the CTL terminal of IC1501 is controlled.
A power supply is not supplied after IC1501.
• Be careful of DSP ASSY not to burn oneself, since IC1501 generates heat at the time of
examination. (Heat is usually radiated using a chassis.) If possible, please let me radiate heat.
Be careful for there to be no failure of a heat dissipation sheet to
attach at the time of a service end.
• Receiver side AMP is BTL amplifier. SP output - side is appearance to which
it does not short-circuit as GND (chassis etc.) at the time of diagnosis since
it is not GND. Be careful.
